Please know that included with your NUNM Office 365 license is OneDrive for Business. OneDrive for Business is an integral part of Office 365 and provides a secure place in the cloud where you can store, share, and sync your work files.
OneDrive benefits include:
- 5 TB of storage space for each user
- 100 GB individual file size limit
- Files can be shared by other members of the University
- Access files from any Windows, Mac, Android, and IOS device
- Access to previous versions of documents
- Offline Access to files
Available to NUNM Office 365 users with devices running Windows 8.1, Windows 10, and MacOS is the ability to make files “online-only” which can help free up hard drive space.
On Windows 10 (version 1709 or later) and MacOS (10.14 or later), the feature is called File On-Demand.
