Configuring Outlook (Windows) for Office 365

  1. Make sure Outlook is closed.
  2. From the Start menu, open Control Panel | View by Large icons | Mail | Show Profiles 
  3. Click Add.
  4. Name the profile and click OK.
  5. In the E-mail Address field, type your NUNM email address.
  6. If you are prompted for your password, type your NUNM email password in the Password field and re-enter your password to confirm.   
  7. Click Next.   
  8. After the account configures, click Finish.   
  9. Open Outlook.  Outlook will open, but it may take several minutes as it prepares for the first use.


Configuring Outlook (Mac) for Office 365

  1. Open Outlook.   
  2. Click Preferences link located under Outlook menu.   
  3. Click Accounts.
  4. Select Exchange or Office365 
    OR if you have already have an email account in Outlook, click the drop down arrow located next to the plus (+) sign in the bottom left of panel and select Exchange.                                             
  5. Enter the following settings:
    • Email address: NUNM email address
    • Method: User Name and Password
    • User name: NUNM email address
      Password: NUNM email password
  6. Check the box next to Configure automatically.
  7. Click the Add Account button.
  8. When prompted with ...do you want to allow this server to configure settings:                                       
    • Check the box next to Always use my response for this server then click the Allow button.
