Steps for Entering Class Roster Grades

Instructors can enter grades directly on their class roster.

  1. Go to Faculty/Staff > Class Schedule/Grades.
  2. Next to the course, select Roster.

  1. On the list columns button, select Grade Columns.

  1. Scroll to the corresponding with the type of grade to enter: Mid Term or Final.
  2. Click the pencil or box under the desired grade column for the desired student.
  3. Select or type a grade.
  4. Optionally enter a grade comment.
  5. Grades automatically save.
