This guide will help you navigate key areas in CoreCampus, NUNM's student information system.

Below are helpful "How to" for accessing your academic schedule/record and viewing your student financial information.


How to Log Into the CoreCampus Student Portal (SSO)


  • Login to CoreCampus Portal Login. Link: https://nun-web.scansoftware.com
  • Click the Log in with NUNM Email SSO button
  • Enter your university credentials (your NUNM email login credentials)
  • Once authenticated, you’ll land on your CoreCampus Student Dashboard.


How to Register for Classes


You can register for classes through your student portal during the open registration period.

If you encounter any issues with prerequisites or other academic matters during registration, please contact Registrar at [email protected].

To add classes to your Course Basket, follow these steps:


  • Under the Academic section, select Register for Classes.
  • Read the terms and conditions. Then click I Agree.
  • If prompted, select the Semester/term you’re enrolling in, and then click Continue.
  • Go to your Courses,
  • Before you click Add Button please check your Site (Campus Location) and the Course you want to Register in.
  • To add, click the Add Button next to each class you want to enroll in.
  • To drop, click the Drop Button next to each class in your Course Basket to drop and re-add a new class you like during your Open Registration Period.
  • Click Confirm Registration Button 


How to Update Your Contact Information (Phone, Address, Emergency Contact)

How to View Your Class Schedule


  • Under the Academic section, select Class Schedule

Schedules are displayed in calendar view with options to view by Month, Week, Day, List Week, List Month, and List Year.

Selecting the course displays the meeting time and location.

How to View Holds


  • Click the pull down menu at the top right of the page and select Profile
  • Click the hold link to displays the active holds.


How to View Your Student Financial Account, Balance, and Billing Statement


  • Under the Finance section, select Billing Statement.
  • Your current charges, payments, and account balance will be displayed.



How to Make a Payment Online (Credit Card or ACH)
  • Under the Finance section, select Pay My Bill: Pay by ACH or Credit.
  • The Make A Payment page displays previous balance, new charges and Financial Aid award amounts. Enter the amount to pay and click the Pay button.
  • On the Web Payment page, select Credit Card or eCheck.
    • Credit Card (the included fee is added to the amount)

    • ACH/Bank Transfer (no fee is added to the amount).

  • Enter payment details and click Submit Payment.


Understanding the Convenience Fee (Credit Card Surcharge)


A 3% surcharge will be added to all credit card transactions.
This surcharge is not greater than our cost of acceptance and helps offset processing fees charged by credit card companies.

The surcharge does not apply to payments made by debit card, cash, check, or ACH (electronic bank transfer).
